Why did you join Better Body Boot Camp?
I was tired of feeling sluggish and tired all the time. I didn't like the way I was feeling about myself. I knew I had to do something and I knew the gym wasn't my way as I had no idea what I should and shouldn't be doing. I needed someone to tell me what to do and a personal trainer was out of the question because of the expense. When I heard about Boot Camp I knew it was for me because it had everything I was looking for. Thanks Jill!!
What is the most important thing you have learned from boot camp?
That yes, I CAN do it!!!!!!
What would you say to someone who is thinking about joining?
Come and try it you will be amazed how you will feel after it. You WILL become addicted - trust me!!!
What was your fitness regimen prior to Boot Camp and what made you choose Better Body Boot Camp?
I would do some walking a little bit of cardio. My friend Lisa told me she was joining and asked me to too. I had thought of it before but was too nervous to go by myself. Since Lisa made a point of telling me when we ran into each other by accident I figured it was my sign to join. I also heard through friends that Jill was amazing and how great the classes were. They were right!!
What's one piece of advice you would give to a new boot camper?
Stick with it and you will see results physically and emotionally!!
What would you say has been your biggest improvement, both physical and emotional?
Physical - after 6 weeks of Boot Camp I lost 11 inches. 6 of those inches from my waist!! I also could only do about 2 men's push ups in a row when I started and now I can do about 8-10!
Emotionally - more confidant in the way I look and feel. I am proud of myself for joining and sticking with it!

AWSOME! LIFE CHANGING! AMAZING!!! Plus I found a new friend and confidant - Jill!!!!
