If you prefer meeting with our experienced nutrition team one on one to meet your nutritional needs we have several options to accommodate what is best for you.

Initial Consultation

This is a great initial meeting time for our team to fully assess where you are on the road to healthy eating.  We can make suggestions for simple steps you can start making as soon as you leave to start to improve your health and start you on your weight loss goals.  You will leave the session with confidence that you are ready to make permanent changes to your lifestyle.

Personalized Meal Plans

7 days a week Personalize Plan

Are you looking for a taylored nutrition plan designed with your likes and dislikes in mind?  Our personalized meal plans will outlined the number of calories, grams of fat, prtein and arbohyrdtes you should be eating each and every day.  You will receive a 7 day meal plan that you can reuse over and over again.  This includes your 1 to 1/1/2 hour initial consult and 1 -30 minute meeting to go over meal plan.

5 Day Personalized Meal Plan

Our personalized meal plans will outlined the number of calories, grams of fat, prtein and arbohyrdtes you should be eating each and every day.  You will receive a 5 day meal plan that you can reuse over and over again.  This includes your 1 to 1/1/2 hour initial consult and 1 -30 minute meeting to go over meal plan.

3 Day Personalized Meal Plan

These sessions are designed for the busy person on the go who wants to be accountability in their weight loss journey.  Each meeting we will discuss your weekly goals, obstacles and success you have had.  Plus we will give you new ideas and motivation for the week ahead.
