In October of 2009 Believe Fitness and Nutrition launched their 10 week supportive weight loss program.  The program involves weekly 1 ½ hour meetings that incorporate education, accountability and motivation into transforming your lifestyle.  This program will leave you transformed physically and emotionally.

 

Everything you need to loss fat, increase your energy and achieve your weight loss goals.

 

Each week we offer a 1 ½ seminar designed to keep you motivated and accountable PLUS educate you to WHY and HOW to change your lifestyle. You never go back to old habits!

 

The program includes:

üPersonal Better Body Weight Loss Program binder

üWeekly motivational emails to keep you on track and focused

üWeekly in studio topic designed to motivate and educate

üFood sampling and recipes

üGoal setting for success

üWeekly accountability to report to our nutrition team

üPrivate email access to our nutrition team

 

Cost of the complete program: $250/10 week PLUS GST

Session times:

Mondays from 10:3 am to 12 pm

Saturdays from 8 am to 9:30 am
