Program Descriptions
‘Original’ Better Body Boot Camp – 60 minutes
High intensity workout involving little or no equipment. Fast and effective workout to condition your body, build lean muscle mass, and burn off unwanted body fat. Perfect for any fitness level. “Women Only” and “Men Only” sessions available. Suited for all fitness levels.

Mini Better Body Boot Camp – 30 minutes
High intensity, effective workouts involving cardio and strength training to help you reach your goals. Perfect for those just starting out or who have time constraints. Perfect to compliment your regular 60 minute Better Body Boot Camp sessions. Suited for all fitness levels.

Early Bird Boot Camp – 45 minutes
Start your day off right, with a workout to boost your energy. Perfect to fit in before work or before the kids are out of bed. Just like regular boot camp sessions but a few minutes short to accommodate your morning schedule. Co-ed classes. Suited for all fitness levels.

Introductory Better Body Boot Camp – 45 minutes
These classes are perfectly suited for participants just starting out and are looking for all the benefits of starting an exercise program but at a lighter intensity.

Mommy & Me – Coming in October
Baby is here and it is time to get back in shape. But not only is exercise important after baby to get you back into shape, it is also a vital part of your mental health. Bring your baby (ages 6wks to 1 year) with you to class for a fun workout in a private setting. Great way to meet new moms in the neighbour too! 45 minutes
50 & Fit
These workouts are designed for women who are over the 50 and are entering a new stage in their lives. A stage that involves time for ME! Enjoy a class designed to improve your health, make you feel wonderful all with a group peers going through similar experiences you are. 45 minutes
Fast & Fieriest Boot Camp
These sessions are designed for boys & girls over the age of 16 who are dedicated to their sports and are looking for a new way to stay fit, be strong and be healthy. 60 minutes
Fit Teen Boot Camp
Sessions exclusively for teen girls & boys 13 to 20 years old, who are interested in learning about exercise and being physically active. These sessions will not only be about exercise, participates will be educated on proper ways to exercise, knowledge that will last them a life time. 45 minutes
Waiting for Baby Boot Camp – Coming in 2010
This class is specifically for moms to be. Not only will these classes keep you feeling good during your pregnancy, it will help you prepare for delivery.
Bridal Boot Camp – Coming in 2010!!
